The makers of Whisk and Sage Baking Co. became fast friends 10 years ago when they met in pastry school in NYC. Since then, they have both respectively worked in Michelin star kitchens and are now bringing their experience, passion, and friendship to create a bakery brand.
They believe “Friendships made with desserts” are the sweetest of them all.

We have a core collection of Asian and Latin Inspired cheesecakes with flavors that rotate seasonally, using real ingredients, and real fruits.
We also have a vegan and gluten-free cheesecake options!
